Called my work looking for someone who we explained was not in the office. The guy wouldn't stop calling. He was very rude and kept saying the name of the person he was looking for over and over. He called at least 30 times in a 10 min time frame. He was told not to call anymore as he was harassing our office.

We just had the same thing happen to our company just today. His name was Michael,would not leave his last name and kept callin with a blocked number ,says he is the manager. He told us hes gonna tie up all our lines. Like he dont believe us that that person is not here. We gave him the cell number from to that person but still did not help.

got a voice mail from this number from an indian guy claiming to be named Sam Scott of crosbyand associates that it is about legal allegations, but did not say who he was representing in the allegations. im calling the DC POLICE. with the number the address is 1002 pennsylvania avenue suite 22 washington dc 20004. loke up the address and the house is up for sale anyone interested

Call came into my work - Some person looking for Lisa but would not say what they wanted.I am sure it was the same guy with the piss poor attitude, and poor speaking of English.NO WORTH MY TIME or ANYONE ELSES!!

an indian guy has been calling our company looking for one of our employees. when we explain that she is not here, he just keeps calling ;15 to 20 calls per morning and then some in the evening.We told him not to call anymore but his response was that he did not care and will contiinue to call. turned matter over to police. stated his name as karlos mathews with crosby company. Does not speak english very well.

receive calls form these people all the time. if you don't give the answer they want they will call back repeatedly! very annoying

We are having the same problems at our office with this guy... He is calling regarding one of our employees who does not work in the office. He has called numerous times and is very rude. He will continue to call and does not care if the person is here or not. Named Carlos Matthews.

Same thing happened to us. This guy identified himself as William Scott, not Sam. The person he was looking for explained she could not talk to him on company time and that he should call back after hours. He then called on our company line which ended up in a day long attack. He tied up our phones for nearly two hours.is there something that can be done. Well we're going to try. This guy broke every federal law there was. He cursed, used racial slurs, threatened us and carried out an attack that denied us business calls for nearly two hours. In addition, he would not tell us his real name and he was told repeatedly to cease and desist because he was harassing us. All of these things are violations under the Federal Trade Commission's Fair Debt Collector Act. It sets out the guidelines by which reputable debt collecting companies can conduct business.By this guy acting the way he was, I feel certain that he was actually calling from out of country, but using the DC number as a front. Because he broke federal law, he can be charged in Federal Court and they U.S. Attorney's office must investigate. We have filed a complaint with our local police agency and have contacted a DC attorney who is looking into options.Under the FTC laws, this could received class action status, if enough people want to join in.

THIS JERK HAS BEEN CALLING ME AS WELL, THREATENING ME THAT I AM GOING TO LOSE MY JOB AND NEVER FIND ANOTHER JOB. THIS HAS BEEN AN ONGOING THING, HE GET VERY RUDE WITH YOU, BUT YOU CAN'T UNDERSTAND ANYTHING HE IS SAYING CAUSE HE DOESN'T SPEAK ENGLISH VERY WELL. SO I CONTACT THE POLICE DEPARTMENT FOR HARASSMENT??
