Iristel is a VOIP provider in Ontario, in other words the scammer is masking the actual telephone number.

Calls constantly. At least 15 times in the last three weeks. I picked up today and told them to take me off of their calling list. My Shaw telephone system will not let me block this number with *60 #01# block last caller. It says that the number is not available.

I answered this one out of curiosity as I usually don't answer calls from numbers I don't know. Another annoying robocall. This time claiming to be calling from Medicare.
Would give it zero stars if I could.
Because I didn't know who the caller was, I sent it to voicemail. The caller did not leave a message and hung up. I assumed it was another robo call and when I checked this site my assumption was confirmed.
