This # called me & an indian man saying he was officer foster left me a message stating to had my lawyer call him or for mento call him a very time sensitive matter & I needed to call ASAP. I called the number and the same man answered asking ne to call back Monday because he didn't have my info in front of him I told him no I won't and you worn calm me either it I'll report you to the FBI!! & he hung up on me!!!

THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS. DON'T ANSWER THEIR PHONE CALLS UNLESS YOU ARE GONNA TELL THEM OFF AND TELL THEM TO QUITE CALLING YOU. I AM SO PISSED OFF AT THESE PEOPLE. MY LAWYER EVEN CALLED THEM TO TELL THEM TO QUIT CALLING ME, HE TOLD THEM TO SEND ANYTHING ABOUT "MY CASE" TO HIM IN WRITING THROUGH THE MAIL. OF COURSE THEY WILL NOT. THEY WILL CHANGE THEIR NAMES AND NUMBERS ALL THE TIME. THE GUY EVEN TOLD ME THAT HE HAD THE FBI IN HIS BACK POCKET. I HAVE REPORTED THEM TO THE FTC AND STATE ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE. THESE PEOPLE CHANGE THEIR NAMES AND BUSINESS NAMES EVERYDAY. INCLUDING THEIR PHONE NUMBERS. I CAN'T UNDERSTAND THE IDIOT VERY WELL AND SAID THAT I SHOULD CALL HE THE VERY SECOND I GET THIS MESSAGE, THAT THERE IS A COMPLAINT AGAINST ME AND THAT I AM IN SERIOUS TROUBLE WITH THE LAW. I HAVE REPORTED THESE PEOPLE TO THE FTC AND MY STATE ATTY. GENERALS OFFICE. I AM SO TIRED OF THESE PEOPLE CALLING ME. MY ATTORNEY EVEN CALLED THEM AND TOLD THEM TO QUIT CALLING ME AND THEY TRIED TO ARGUE WITH HIM. HE LAUGHED AT THEM AND HUNG UP AFTER A FEW CHOICE WORDS. THEY ARE A SCAM AND CALL YOUR STATE ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE OR THE CONSUMER PROTECTION OFFICE AT 18002814418 OR THE FTC (FEDERAL TRADE CONSUMERS OFFICE) AT 18773824357 TO REPORT THEM EVERY TIME THEY CALL YOU. AND THESE SCAMMERS HAVE ALOT OF DIFFERENT NUMBERS AND USE A DIFFERENT ONE EVERY TIME THEY CALL. NEVER GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION. Yes i got the call today and 2 days ago,same number and how funny the same amount of money they are asking for as well.$465,00.I was told call credit reports and put a fraud alert and than also call your local police station and report this.

i have been getting these calls for over a month said i owed 3000 dollars of a loan i took out wroung did not do that some guy named kevin keeps calling even today my grandma even called and was hung up on i will be calling the bbb after this thanks all for information.

Left a message on my cell phone. Some guy that I could hardly understand. Called the number back and spoke to some OTHER person that was extremely rude. Stated that there are 3 counts filed against me of fraud, check fraud and some other something or other. I don't write checks except for my house. So that makes no sense. He said that I need to listen to him or he wouldn't be responsible for what happens. Claims to be from the law offices of Brown in California. Last time this number was on my phone and the person left a message, he said his name was Harry Potter. erm, yeah.

After reading all the complaints and similar stories, I filed a complaint with as much information as I could remember with the Federal Trade Commission. I urge you to do the same. These people need to be stopped.

these 2 fools, Danny Johnson and Harry Ferguson -- with the only Indian accents SO NOT BEFITTING THEIR NAMES -- called me and told me I was involved in a class action NY State bank fraud, check counterfitting, whatever, that was going to be filed at 11am tomorrow, and that I needed to give them my attorney's name -- all this without actually telling me what this was all about. When I told "Danny" that he had the WORST English ever and that I couldn't understand him, that's when he put me on the phone with "Harry". Harry spoke slightly better English and told me that I had taken out a payday loan in February 2011 - had defaulted - and that in order to square up, I needed to come up with my attorney name and $8,000 and then some. When I started LAUGHING and told him that I had my bank statements right in front of me AND that I was not afraid of his "non-speaking English self"-- Harry got "hot under the collar" and started yelling that I was going to be arrested at my job tomorrow and was going to call my job, etc.As he was yelling -- I was on Google. They said they were from The Brown Law Firm. I looked this up - NOTHING. I then interrupted his yelling to ask him for his address, because I didn't see him on Google. Still threatening me, he provided me with the address of 1110 14th Street, Suite E, Modesto, CA 95353. At this point, he hung up on me leaving me with the threat of arrest tomorrow.I googled the address and the telephone number and came up with differenct reviews of other people he tried to scam. With those on the screen in front of me -- I called Harry back and told him he messed with the wrong NY girl. I read some of the reviews to him and told him I would be following up with the FBI and Attorney General of Modesto, CA.He hung up on me again -- and then I STARTED calling him back to back. To say the least, he never answered the phone again -- and as I am typing this message, the phone still remains busy.

I contacted the FBI, the Consumer Protection Office and the Federal Trade Consumer Office yesterday and filed my complaints against THE BROWN LAW OFFICE, HARRY FERGUSON AND DANNY JOHNSON.IT IS IMPORTANT THAT EVERYONE WHO HAS BEEN CONTACED BY THESE SCAMMERS CALL THE ABOVE 3 PLACES AND FILE COMPLAINTS.(JUST BECAUSE I WAS CURIOUS) I CALLED THE BROWN LAW OFFICE THIS MORNING AND GUESS WHAT?! HARRY FERGUSON PICKED UP JUST LIKE YESTERDAY NEVER HAPPENED.I IDENTIFIED MY SELF (BECAUSEI CURSED HIM OUT SO BAD YESTERDAY, HE REMEMBERED MY NAME THIS MORNING) AND TOLD HIM THAT HE WAS GOING TO BE ARRESTED TODAY FOR FRAUDULENT BEHAVIOR -- AND HE WOULDN'T BE ON THIS EARTH VERY LONG IF HE CONTINUED THIS SCAMMING. HE CALLED ME EVERYTHING BUT A CHILD OF GOD AND THEN HUNG UP ON ME. I CALLED HIM RIGHT BACK AGAIN AND ASKED HIM HOW DOES IT FEEL TO BE HARRASSED...HE HUNG UP AGAIN, AND DIDN'T ANSWER FURTHER CALLS!!!
