I have received a call from them on 5/13, 5/22, 5/23 and 5/30 (before then too, but my iPhone CID only goes back that far). I have never answered, but I am really worried after reading these comments. I received a BoA signup for a Credit Card which was legitimate and have gotten mail from BoA stating my Credit Limit and Account#, but the Credit Card hasn't arrived yet, which I assumed was because I just switched addresses. Be very careful with these people, if they got your name and phone number from somewhere, who knows what other type of information they might have and the last few pieces they might need to lock-in some ID Theft.

Received a call from this number claiming to be Bank of America, guess what, BOA has no earthly idea who this is and falsely using BOA as a catch, by the way the FTC would love to take a closer look at this. Don't be a victim

I read many of these responses about this number being fraudulent. One thing I want to make people aware of is that caller ID can be falsified very easily. The call I got today was from a valid Bank of America representative. She new things about my account that only they could and asked for no information whatsoever. She termed it as a "Courtesy Call", they should say "Marketing Call" as they really just want to make sure I'm happy and use the card so they make money.That being said, there is nothing preventing someone from using computer software to fake this number and pretend to be Bank of America. You should never give out any personal information to someone that calls you out of the blue.

This is fraudulent activity. I contacted BOA and they do not call customers except in cases of fraudulent activity.

They keep calling me too. Where can I report their number to? Unlike myself, my mom would not know better than to give them all her info. :(

Got a call from this number yesterday and I let it go to voicemail. Today, the same number just called me (5 minutes ago) and I answered it, only to hear silence. Naturally, with my suspicion of such number, I Googled it and came across this website.I don't know who you are.I don't know what you want.If you are looking for my bank information, I can tell you I don't have money.But if you don't stop calling, I will look for you, I will find you, and I will kill you.

I just called back 216-545-8326 and the message said Bank of America Customer Service.

I have been receiving calls from this number weekly for several weeks now. I have marked the number as "suspicious" but keep answering just to hear what they have to say and every time I say hello I get "click". So what's that all about? So annoying!!!

This is not BofA; they are spoofing Caller ID. D
