Here is some of what's up: This number has a dual link, Vector Security of Slidell, LA. and Pelican... of Baton Rouge. When you give Vector personal info, they share with Pelican, and vice versa. You are then contacted by the other company for purposes of financial gain. Spamming is when someone gains your personal information without permission, then for purposes of financial gain, calls you. This is illegal.
