i got a call asking for catalog and info, but they never returned call. Found no listing for them anywhere, even the address is not matching.

I work for an independent publisher. Michael Norman called last year asking for samples of our books by Jewish authors, with the premise that he worked with a large fundraising organization. I sent the samples, and didn't really give it another thought. He called back today (almost a year later) to ask about current inventory numbers for a few of the titles we'd sent. I took down his number, and called back to give him the info--but got his voice mail. I'll happily sell to him via our online store, where he'll need to input credit card info BEFORE we ship. If this transaction ever goes through, I'll be sure to update this post.

Thanks for the info, I told him no samples just on line shopping. That was 2 weeks ago, he called yesterday for the samples!!! LOLSad. He will be judged!!

I knew thus scumbag a few years ago through a dating site. I did some work around his house and never got paid. He lives in a shack surrounded by boxes of products he scams. He is nothing but a short, fat, bald, toothless little troll whose whole house smells like [***]! He lives off of the food samples and has boxes piled up in every room and his basement. His business address and phone are his crumbling down house. You should all pay a visit to him...

Just received a call from a person called Michael Norman phone number 248 809 3617.Asking for a product price list saying he serves over 350 stores. He was very to the point and ended the conversation very quickly without any details. I looked online and see all the negative comments.His cell phone number he gave me was 248 806 3450.E-mail address he gave me was Michael.dd0228@gmail.comSaid his company was Detroit Distribution.Looks like from the comments he has been doing this for years.

Wow, I'm glad i found this when I googled Detroit Distribution! I also received a call from Michael Norman today. Same info as above, same address, same phone number, same email address. Services 350 Mom & Pop pizza shops and wants spec sheets and pricing. Thank you to all of you. I won't waste my time following up.

Got a call from 248-806-3450 Michael Normal from Detroit Distribution. He wanted our Distribution Prices and Free Samples. My alarm bells went on so I looked online, and didn't find his company, got this page when I looked his number up. He will not be getting anything from us and my employees will be warned.

He just called our company too. Insisted that he was returning a call from one of our sales reps but couldnt tell me who. Said he had 350 stores. I told him that I would take a message and have someone call him. Glad I googled his number since he does not have a website.

He called me just a few minutes ago. Really disappointed. Very glad I looked online before sending anything.Wanted a catalog of our note cards. Same spiel basically as the others I've read here online.
