This guy keep calling, today is the 3rd time, there must be something we can do legally to stop this guy scamming companies..... any ideas???

Got a call from this Micheal Norman guy. He is now using a different phone number 248-809-3617. Asked for samples and pricelist for dog supplies. Sounded suspicious so I checked. Found this and thank-you.

Same thing for us - however, I found this first...thank you for reporting. It's hard enough to be in small business without this kind to robbery.

We should all send him a pile of dog [***]!

I am eternally grateful to have found this sight prior to investing any time with this person. People never cease to amaze me. I'm very sorry for the people that have lost money to the person but I know that you all have saved a lot of people from the same issues so I just want to say Thank you

Got a call from this guy last week. Sounded legit until he told me he pays up front for all orders. I researched his name before I sent out samples and found all of this amusing background info on this guy.... saved me from sending samples. I just now got a return call from him asking where his samples are. I told him I would not send them out until I could legitimize him as real distributor. When I asked for references, he tried to intimidate me and make me feel bad for not following through on my word. He then went on to say he had an order for 200 units and would have to turn it down because I would not send him samples. I just calmly told him that the fact he was not respecting my wishes was evidence enough for me that we should not have a business relationship...... and then he hung up. The audacity of first, scamming for samples and then second, having the nerve to call back and argue for the samples is beyond belief.

I guys I really want to thank you for posting this as I received the same call from him requesting to speak to our sales manager and he wanted our pricing and samples. We tried to call him back and we left him a voice mail and never got a call back- so we looked him up online and this is all I could find on him! SOOOOO thankful he wasn't able to scam us!

I got a call from this guy today saying he saw my product in "x" magazine and he sells to 350 mom and pops and had private label interest as well. He asked if I could send a catalog or call him. I looked up the address he asked for me to send the catalog to and it was a residence. I called and left a message but he hasn't called back. Did anyone ever find out if he was legit?? Only found these posts after doing tons of google searches on his name and company name. I was hoping I could talk to him so I can ask for some references that he currently works with.

Michael, quit posting wonderful comments about yourself! These businesses already know you are a fake and a scumbag who just gets fat off of all the free samples. "the girls out front in the showroom"? Really!? Your crumbling down old shack in Southfield has a showroom? And what employees?

Now I know why good old Mike wasn't to interested in marketing information about our products. He called and said he was from Detroit Distributing and had seen our products and was very interested. Wanted a price list and brochure right away. Left a phone # of 248 806-3450 and an e-mail address of michael.dd0228@gmail.com. Thanks to the people who posted here I won't be wasting my time. Thanks!
