That is incorrect. He is a scam artist living off of the samples you send him. Nobody that he has called has ever received an order for shipment. His address is a detached garage in a crappy neighborhood. Actual food distributors in the area all know who he is and have dealt with him and they simply laugh when you mention that you've spoken to him. He is a scam artist who is living off of your free samples of gourmet food. DO NOT SEND HIM SAMPLES, CATALOGUE, OR ANYTHING.
My office received a package on Friday that was addressed to Michael Norman at his address of 16905 W 12 Mile. Our office address is not his address and the package that was delivered here was an accident by the delivery service. I have called and left 2 messages. I will not spend any more time on attempting to locate him. I guess the package that was sent to him from Charlesbridge Publishing is at a loss on this one.
Michael Norman at Detroit Distribution - he calls around to all of our sales people every few months trying to get free "promotional" items to show to supposed small businesses he sells to. Claims he sells tons of goods to his customers, but has never bought anything from us.Total scam artist.
He's called me several times with the same story 250-300 mom and pop shops. So glad I never sent him anything!
We also received calls with the same way of ordering and same address. We appreciate all the comments we found when searching for the company's name. We then did not send any samples! Thanks for the feed back.
