I received the same call from this guy. He says he is in the fundraising business and can sell to mom and pops. He is wanting samples and gives the following email address now. michael.dd.0228@gmailI gave the guy a few moments of my time and that was it. Thanks for all who posted so I did not waste my time or money on someone like this.

I have been doing business with Michael Norman - Detroit Distribution for 20 years. He has always paid his bill and he is a dedicated business man.

Received call from Michael Norman Detroit Distribution Sept 7, 2012. Said he wanted to resell our Jewish studies books to Jewish foundations. Wanted 6 free review copies of a popular new book, or to be invoiced after we shipped him books. Both the request and his claim that he could sell hundreds of copies to these foundations sound fishy.

This guy called and I actually sent him samples. Didn't hear back from him. I only figured to see if he was scamming after I received another call from him and its him asking for more samples again. He should be smarter to not call the same company twice....I called the number provided. It goes straight to voice mail and tells you to leave your phone number twice.s c a m m e d :(

Just got a call from Michael. Same story that everyone has been reporting. Phone number is 248-806-3450 Email is michael.dd0228@gmail.com and shipping address is 16905 West 12 Mi. Rd. in 48076. It's embarrassing that I actually took time out of my day to pitch products to him. Thank you to everyone that posted on here. Otherwise there would have been $40 of samples on the way.

just curious, can you give me a reference of the stores he sells to? Can you tell me what products you provide to him? I have a hard time believing he's legit after reading all of these complaints. He's been harassing me for a year now wanting samples and i have ignored his requests because i don't think he's the real deal. If you can help prove he's real, i'd really appreciate it. I just got another call from him today.

Called and left a voice mail asking me to call him back. same story...350 mom and pops. same email address.I see there are other Jewish owned companies, getting scammed by this guy. We are Jewish owned and I'm wondering if he is targeting the Jewish business community??? Anyway, glad I found these posts before I fell for his scam.
