I got a call last night from the number. I answered, silly me, and the man on the other end stated he was from the disabled and veteran police fund, wanted to know if I would donate. During the call a weird robotic "Hello" kept coming through. I'm pretty sure this was a scam. We just had a police officer killed in the line of duty around here. It's been pretty big in the news.
Answered for some reason and their phone was cutting in and out and they were calling for donations for the "disabled police and veterans fund" and the first guy said they would send me something, and transferred me to a woman who took my address-- then asked for a credit card number to which I replied absolutely not. "They'll send me something" except they are obviously a scammmmmnmm.
"... transferred me to a woman who took my address ..."Now they will share that information with other scammers - the match of your name, your address, and your telephone number.Never give that information to someone who claims to be a charity of any kind, or a political fundraiser of any kind. That puts you on a "potential sucker" list even if you tell them to never call you again, because when they pass the information to another scum organization, that organization can start the scam all over again.Only donate and give to large organizations you already know about, or locals you can investigate personally, and get references before giving.
A man called wanting donations for disabled and paralyzed police officers. But when I asked a question about a scam, there was no response so I hung up.
Got a call from this number at 7:45 stating they are a police department collecting money.They are located in Tacoma Washington. when I asked what police station they hung up.when will th FBI investigate these reports. 253-650-1189 this the number they are using.
Got a call around 8:00 pm from (253)-650-1189 saying they were collecting donations for disabled police officers. I responded saying that I was only 15 years old to which he replied "No...um...bye bye"

I called Frontiers official phone number 1-800-921-8105, the agent I spoke to gave me this scammer number, they pretend to be frontier and offer a rebate and ask you to provide your bank account info to “send” the rebate. I hung up
