I work for a municipality. I have gotten several calls from this number. Their strategy is always the same. I answer, they cheerfully ask for their target by his first name, as if they actually know him. They never leave a message. Obviously a bad deal and annoying to be wasting a municipality's time.
They seem to tarket Municipalities. They are like hungry wolves. Ignore them. They still call at least 4 times a month and I can't seem to have them blocked. Next stop - - - -State Attorney General.

My calls were being forwarded to this number and I have no idea how it happened.
They hung up. In the last ten days I've had unauthorized credit card charges and an identity theft related to a Medicare fraud case. I suspect this is related.

Medicredit I believe possibly is scam/fraud calls involving medical insurance, medicare. Courts WILL decide !!
