From the QUITLINE - can be any state - PA for me - I followed their program to quit smoking and this was a follow up survey - NOT SPAM - The service was helpful and the survey harmless.

I received a few calls from this number and finally decided to answer. It a evaluation of the Quitline Program that I have joined to help me quit smoking. I questioned the phone number being based out of Maryland and was told its a company called Westat that was contacted to complete the study. All the info panned out and the study is legitimate. They all calling 48 States that provide the Quiteline Program.

Got a letter that said I applied for an AMAZON card. Called the number to inquire what this was for, they started asking for personal information. When I said no they hung up on me.

Scam debit collector. I say 'scam' because I don't have a credit card, loan, lease, tuition, or debit or any kind. I own my home, vehicle, and everything in them. There's not a single reason for a debit collector to be calling me.
