I used to work for this company. I worked as a recruiter for them and conducted many of their interviews, and made hiring decisions. They post ads online and in the newspaper claiming to be toyota, honda, and many other car dealers. They are actually a staffing agency, but when DealerSTAFF claims that you are "hired", they tell you that they already have a dealership that has a position for you, not true. When I first started there I was responsible for tracking who ended up getting hired at the dealers after completing the training. About 70% of those who completed training never got hired. DealerSTAFF also tells you to take time off work because the very next week after you are "hired" by DealerSTAFF is the only time they have a training class..also, not true, they conduct them every week. The company was started and is owned by Rob and Cana Selfors who instructed me and the other recruiters on what type of people to hire. I myself am a caucasian female, my instructions each week were not to hire too many black people or any unattractive or too old (typically over 35 or so) women. Also on the list of types of people we could not hire was anyone handicapped, anyone who looked "ghetto" according to my bosses, anyone with dreadlocks, or anyone with experience in sales training because they didn't want anyone to try to start a similar company. When "hired" by DealerSTAFF they will tell you they are on their way to another city and are running late so they have no time for questions, and will give you a number to reach a young lady in the office with any questions you have. At that time, this young lady is instructed to set her phone to voicemail. Not until the 2nd day of training is anyone told that they actually still have to go INTERVIEW with the dealership and the dealer may or may not choose to hire them. If anyone asks too many questions prior to this in training they are kicked out of the training class. This is the most deceptive and prejudiced company I have ever known of. Unfortunately I don't know what else to do about it except post things like this to prevent someone being taken advantage of, and quitting a job, not knowing that they have no promise of another job to replace it.
I finally received my arbitration hearing notice, so if anyone is interested to listen to Robs lies come and join in, its on 4-23-10, at 1:00pm. I also received in the mail today a flyer for American Kitchens which looks just like the flyer for Kitchen Carolina 6mo. ago, imagine that. He really thinks everything is going to go away and he can start this all over again, lets prove him wrong!. Joel

I am scheduled to go to training tomorrow and I was really concerned because during the interview, they never really asked any questions other than if I any Dui and drivers license. They didn't give me a chance to ask any questions. It seemed really strange. I have a job and I am not going to jeopardize it to be scammed.
hey if you look in the complaints board you will see it, but sorry i don't have the link for it at this moment but is under terrible work, but by now you got a lot of emails from guys that know it , but if not i will look it up for you. also the woman in iimusa.com is the same in amkico.com what a laugh!!!!!!!!!!! so who said that kitchen carolina was not the same as american kitchen and iimusa.com and dealer staff and tile carolina?
I also used to be a employee and once I relized how the company was, I quit. They usually dont keep their own employee' long because they dont want them to start figuring out what really goes on there. They scam people for their time and money. Granted some people get jobs but they tell you its base plus comm. which is not true. Its sad that they use God in their company and use all the lies/scams to get you where they want you!

Dear RobI’m still a bit dizzy after the DealerSTAFF program. On Thursday the 5th I was a loan originator with a car that needed service and hence, time to read the Sunday News Observer job adversts. It is now the 18th and your training sessions are behind me. I start with Chevrolet at 10 am on Monday the 23rd. Sometimes I think I get impressed too easily. Then again, cooler, more sophisticated people than myself get impressed by Hummers and Corvettes.The people at Chevrolet seem to be a great bunch, too. My thanks and appreciation are sincere and genuine. Getting a good start in a new country makes life far easier and makes a big difference to a new immigrant.Best wishes for you.Leslie

Rob,A quick note. I found your class well delivered and prepared. I learned a lot, both about selling cars and career/life strategies. Even at 46, so much of your communication and work skills need reminding.
