I got package from Freetown, Sierra Leone that I never ordered. It had a "CUNSTOMS DECLARATION" sticker on it (yes the word Customs is misspelled). Looked suspicious so I looked up the phone number and found this page. Wasn't planning to call them, and now surely wont. It said it was a "Display Mold", but it looks like a small wooden top (the kind kids spin). Now it is kindling in my fireplace :) Mine was not labeled as being from Amazon.

Received a small, lightweight package supposely sent from Equatorial Guinea. Purported to have a Cusom Declaration. Signed by James, Addressed to M andelG us to my address. Package shows "TEL: +415-851-9136 ext. xxxxx." I called the number and the computer voice says you are trying to reach an Amazon customer and invites the caller to enter the five digit extension number. If that number is dialed, the voice asks for zip code. Enter that and you get a message "You will now be connected to the customer." Then you get a fast busy. I went to Amazon customer service to find out it this was legit. Amazon customer service says Amazon does not use phone number 415-851-9136, The package was not from Amazon. Contrary to what another commenter [Randy] says, this number has nothing to do with Amazon. Amazon says you may discard the package and should not call the number - it may be a scam. Someone should take action to investigate and probably shut down this number. Mail fraud?

This is the number that Amazon uses with the extension to reference whomever ordered it. This allows for your actual phone # to only be seen by amazon and not third party sellers. Solved :)
