Left a message to say I need to call back right away before they proceed with legal procedures.
This is the second time in 2 months that I've received calls from SSA, stating lawsuit proceedings. When I called the Texas number back, the people on the other end repeatedly stated they were the SSA, and kept asking me for my name and number to look up my account. When I mentioned scam, they would hang up. After trying to call back to the number by me several times, it seems that my number has been deemed as a "blocked" number on their end. Go figure!!
When you call back, the phone is answered as if it is the SS offices. Block the number.
Left a message on my voicemail saying legal action would be taken against my ssn. When i asked to speak to a manager he introduced himself as an officer and when I told him I knew it was a scam he told me to "go f**k yourself" and hung up.

Same as others. Scam on ssn. Social Security admin isn't even in TX. They're idiots.

Medicredit I believe possibly is scam/fraud calls involving medical insurance, medicare. Courts WILL decide !!
