they called up and said me and my lawyer needed to call the above no. for payday advance loans not repd. and gave me the last 4 ss digits no. called from was 915-701-31

They called my house and threatened to take me to court and file charges but refused to send me any information regarding my supposed case. Of course it was for a unpaid loan of which I never had. Who are these people? They were rude and disrespectful.

The person called me at work! I recently got this job and don't know how they got my number! I spoke with a man at first who asked if I was prepared for my trial on Tuesday! He said that I was being sued for 3 counts of check fraud, theft by deception and banking fraud for accepting a payday loan online from instacash? I of course denied it and would not give any information to him. He then said that he was transferring me to his supervisor. A female came on the line and said that she had a court affidavit and that I needed an attorney and that if I was on parole that I needed to contact my parole officer etc....WHAT!!!??? I asked for her name and she said it was Keanna Richards (both of them sound as if they were Hispanic). She said that I needed to respond asap. I don't know how they got my information, but I will have my attorney look into it!

I just got a call from the same people with the very same story as Kimmie, to the T. So I went along with the whole thing, I told them I wanted to pay because I'm sick of everyone wanting my money after I won the mega millions lol (a lie). So I took down all the info for my so called admission of owing this money and then at the end (since he told me not to interrupt him while reading the file) I asked for all his information such as company, address, city, zipcode, phone number etc. He hesitated hard on giving me the physical address is this "company" and said he would do so after I faxed my admission of owing the money to him.. Haha what a joke. Then he asked if I can get it notarized before faxing and to include a copy of my drivers license. WOW thank god he put me on mute for 2 minutes and spoke to his attorney so I could pay this debt.so anyway, my police scanner starts to go off and I told him that my dispatcher was contacting me while on my job at the police department but that I would run down to the mayors office and get it notarized as soon as he gave me the physical address so I could verify him and his company, little to say but he wouldn't do it, at which point I said take me to court and where do I go for the hearing, he then got angry because I kept him on the phone for thirty minutes [***] him and said he was just gonna send his investigator out to my house, and yes he did have my address. This has to be something from using ebay LOL.So all of you be on notice that this is a TOTAL SCAM, don't give or fax them nothing. O yeah, he said he was from Irvine california, the fax number he gave me was 1-866-303-8287 and his direct line other than the number he left in my voice mail was 530-468-7616.I'm so sure this is something from ebay being that they have my home address, but I'll tell ya one thing, if some investigator comes to my home on tuesday or any time; where I have my children, I'll shoot they're [***] dead directly where he/stands before they even clear the driveway, gotta love the right to bear arms ;)

I live in Taiwan and got the same BS from someone say they were from Texas total wrong as my compnay has a list of code direct from the phone to the main frame seams there were from California, USA. My company deals with heavy equipment in the steel rolling business. He stated that I own 2 million USD and that he would come to our offices with the police to collect. After I put him on hold for 5 minutes I told him that Our compnay would pay if he came to our head office. He stated that it had to be at his offices within 2 hours (LOL) I told him to shuv it in spanish english and chinese stating that I was in Taiwan he rang off
