Received a call from this number on my home phone and location came up as Argentina. I think that is crazy. They did not leave a message so I assume it's a scam number

Just called landline. No message.

548 is the telephone area codes serving most of southwestern Ontario. obviously a scammer. If you had or have a Yhoo email address, prepare for the worst. theyve been epically hacked, twice, and any recovery phone numbers are out there now in evrry country. ive got calls from Sweden, China and Mexico. my identity service has sent over 9 alerts that my yahoo email addys have been traded in phishing chat rooms. this means yours, too.

came up "Name Unavailable" 5489245214, ... after a few seconds delay I heard call center noise in the background and they hung up on me.

Strong Indian accent: "Hello, this is the Windows technical department, calling about your computer." I told him I didn't have a computer. Then he started yelling something in another language (Hindi? no idea.) to someone else in the room where he is. I repeated again that I do not have a computer, and not to call me anymore. Then I hung up. I doubt it will make any difference - I've told those bozos many times before not to call me and it does no good.

Nothing but scammers- DO NOT BUY INTO ANYTHING-If you want to have fun with them- ask what IP address they have , or what password they use to call you-(no such thing) but catches them off guard- of course "I don't have a computer works) all else HANG UP

Caller ID said "Invalid number" Really inspires u to pick up the phone, huh? when is the government or phone company going to simply disconnect these numbers? or give us the ability to genuinely report them via a Star number, and then really nOT get 1 more call from them? if you have hundreds or tens of thousands of ppl reporting harassment from 1 number, why cnt it be shelved or disconnected? they do that to us if u miss 1 cell payment!
