Received voicemail from Kaiser telling me that my prescription was ready for pick up

Transcript:"You've got a new voicemail from (562) 401-5940.Transcript: Hi, this is your kaiser permanente pharmacy with a prescription reminder for XXXXX you may need to refill your prescriptions ending with the last four digits 12345 order online visit k p.org front slash refill or download the Kaiser permanente mobile app you can also call out."

The day of institutions using auto-dialers is over. My call blocker is set to global block except for a very small number of real persons. Institutions may complete calls if they provide sufficient authentication through the Caller ID system. No such authentication is transmitted. So, institutions, "Write me a letter".

This is a Kaiser number. The message they left me was that a prescription I had ordered was being mailed to me. I did order an Rx. They ALWAYS call me to tell me that when it's been mailed.

It was Kaiser calling and left the message that the Rx I ordered was being mailed. They always call me when I order an Rx.

I noticed comments on this board mention number belonging to Kaiser but the person who called me from this number is trying to collect money for something I don't owe. Sounds like these shady debt collectors are now disguising and using other business numbers as tactics in attempt to collect - not surprised at all.

I received a call from this number. It was from Kaiser notifying me that my prescription had been mailed.
