The day of institutions using auto-dialers is over. My call blocker is set to global block except for a very small number of real persons. Institutions may complete calls if they provide sufficient authentication through the Caller ID system. No such authentication is transmitted. So, institutions, "Write me a letter".
This is a Kaiser number. The message they left me was that a prescription I had ordered was being mailed to me. I did order an Rx. They ALWAYS call me to tell me that when it's been mailed.
It was Kaiser calling and left the message that the Rx I ordered was being mailed. They always call me when I order an Rx.
I noticed comments on this board mention number belonging to Kaiser but the person who called me from this number is trying to collect money for something I don't owe. Sounds like these shady debt collectors are now disguising and using other business numbers as tactics in attempt to collect - not surprised at all.

Called three times and left no message. The third time the name that came up on my phone was Authors Club president. I answered and the caller then said they were collecting on a debt, claimed they were recording the call. Scam.
