MERX is a service that lets companies know about construction bid opporunities. My company has an account with them. They were calling to upsell - nothing sinister here.
We have not used MERX since 2015- they called for a new cc number today claiming they charged our other cc$22.00 a month? This is not true, they are telemarketing to renew the business and they should just be upfrontand say that from the beginning instead of sounding shady. Who calls a business that has not done business with them for years and just expects to get a new cc number? MERX does - not going to happen.

just got a call from 888-431-7820. Told me I was breach of contract. Very hard to understand the lady. I dont have a contract with anyone that I know of. When I look to see the number call it tells me Claim Services.
