i actually just called there at 12:55 a.m. got through hit when then entered my 10 digit phone # to be put on the DNC LIST and it did say it will take up to 72 hrs. guess you just have to call really late to get through.

My wife received a call from these people offering a $40 gas card. They had our home phone number and a lot of her info including the last four digits of our credit card. She was asked to key in the month and day of her birthday, which she did for some unknown reason. When she told them that she wasn't interested after all, they told her by keying in her birth date she had already accepted whatever they were trying to sell. They then hung up. Tried unsuccessfully to call back. I know they got her info from a recent TV order, because she never uses the credit card. I called them, and they took me off of their distribution list. I have a freeze on my credit card and am monitoring to see if there are any hits on it.

First of all i just want to say, i myself am a telemarketer, so with that said: theres a difference between doing your job and being a rude, inconsiderate a&&hole.i personally have heard nothing good about your comp. and if i had people bashing the people i worked for and saying how much they harass people (which you know you agree with)i wouldn't be working for them.i have nothing against people trying to make money for their family, but if you are a telemarketer you should be used to rejection so you shouldnt be on here telling everyone that they are cry babies becuz out of anybody you sound like the biggest [***] of them all. sounds like you need to get a new job and theres no excuse for why you cant. by the way, make sure to tell your boss Cheryl Mercuris hi from all of us that have filed a complaint against her comp. :)

im a telemarketer: now, i have very high morals so for you to say anything about the requirements of our job is so ignorant. you dont work for these companies so you wouldnt know what people go through to get hired or the type of people you deal with all day long.they do back round checks, also they do interviews just like any other comp. to see what your really like.thats like us telling you that your existance on this planet is stupid becuz your really not contributing anything great to society.if you dont like us calling being polite and asked to be placed on the DO NOT CALL LIST.we'd be much more perceptive if your nice about it than being a b****.part of our job is to listen to the customer but also to rebuttal when told not interested which means:u say not interested we tell u we understand but to keep in mind yadda yadda, thats part of out training so like inside man said:"just doing our jobs" if you dont like it theres the DNC LIST or simply just hang up!i personally would rather the customer do that than listen to the speel.

Got the call about two weeks ago on my LAN line from a guy using the last four digits of the CC trick. He acted like he was representing the CC Co. He was offering the $40 gas card and he had the last four digits of a CC number. I asked him if he was with the CC Co., He gave me a bunch of double talk. I told him to delete my phone number from his list and not to call back. Yesterday, some woman calls up on the LAN line asking for my husband, yet offers me the same program. I told her to delete the number and not to call again. THEN yesterday, I start getting the calls from 1-727-712-0382 on my CELL PHONE, three times! I don't answer because I don't recognize the number. And now, as I'm writing this note, I get another call on my cell phone! HOW DID THEY GET MY CELL PHONE NUMBER? AND, HOW DO I STOP THIS?
