Our company keeps getting calls from a very rude, sarcastic individual by the name of Peter Dee from Weinstock & O'Malley. The voice messages he leaves border on threatening and I have emailed him several times that I will only communicate with him via email so the facts are in writing and not verbal. He will not do that and each time he calls back with a voice message he gets nastier. This is a debt we have been paying directly to a company that he's trying to collect for and keeps telling me the company will not acknowledge our payments yet they have cashed every check we've sent them. I refuse to talk to him directly and as I've said I've told him he must contact me via email but he refuses to do that and his tone on his voice mails gets nastier each time. I'm about to call Chris Christie to let him know how businesses are operating in his state. It wouldn't make him proud.

The calls are from a collection agency Amalgamated Financial Group @ 105 White Oak Tree Old Bridge NJ.Weinstock and O " Malley is bogus. They are Not a law office. It's all a scam. Bunch of unprofessional idiots. If you continue to get harassing calls from anyone there, just report them. The turn around is ridiculous there. No one stays because they treat their employees like 2nd class citizens............

Whenever you tell one of these companies to continue and go through legal channels they are often left with no recourse but to get more aggressive and what little attempt they make at trying to be professional completely goes away. Jessie Niven was actually fun to poke at during the call. I laughed at one point as he was trying to threaten our company with legal action and didn't have any dates or information to back up his claim. I doubt he is an attorney - looks like a good old fashioned "bottom feeder". Scrambling for whatever change he can pick up . Don't let this person intimidate you. Ask him for details and confirmation. There are none.

Peter Dee is Not an attorney........ with Weinstock & O'Malley. He is just the son in law for the owner of Amalgamated , who is John W. Report this company for harassement...This is nothing new. This is the way they operate. Very unprofessional indeed.

I received a call from Peter Dee as well. Stated that we were going to go to trial for our past due account with FedEx. Yes we have a past due account but were making payments when we could. FedEx never sent us any letters saying that they were going to take us to court. I never received anything from this law firm that they were going to take us to court but I decided to make a 500 a week payment just to shut them up. Called fedex our payments are not being made and I requested that our money come back so that I can pay fedex. They then said that they would file for us to go to court. They have committed fraud and stole over 1500.00 from my company. Called NJPD I am not the only ones they have scammed money out of.

My advise for everyone who has issues with this, turn the matter over to your FedEx rep. We got a notice from them saying we owed for FedEx Tech Connect services (a service we have never used). Our company has a good relationship with our FedEx sales rep so I just turned the matter over to them. let them handle the frauds

We also got a call here in Canada from a Kevin Gross. He said they are a law firm and that they've been instructed to start an "action". We don't even have any vendors in the US so it is definitely a scam. They left a msg with the number 18006829003. I called and spoke to the receptionist and asked if this individual was a lawyer? At least she told me the truth and said no. When I asked if he was a collection agent she said she needed to put me through to him. You have to wonder how they got our business number? Just scrolling through websites and pulling numbers in the hopes of getting someone who will send a cheque. CREEPY! Don't give them any info over the phone I wouldn't think....

Amalgamated Financial Group "does not " have any attorneys on site. That is "bogus". There is no law firm there. Do not feel threatened by them. They will not report you to any credit bureaus. It is just a tactic. The manager Louis Sandoli was a secretary promoted to a manager of collections. Classless and useless. Got a crash course on managing from McDonalds....3rd class sweat shop. Its a revolving door. People leave all the time, and rightfully so for personnel assaults to attack them. It is our right as Americans to freedom of speech, and stamp out these cockaroaches once and for all. They should be vanished out of this market.. Let your voices be heard and keep on speaking out about this dysfunctional company. They all should be ashamed of themselves.

What they have done is wrong. You have every right to report them to the governor. Peter Dee is not an attorney. Weinstock & O'Malley is a name they use. There are no attorneys there. It's just a tactic to intimidate people. Please move forward and report this company for the frauds that they are. There are several reports against them with the BBB .They have been fined before so this is nothing new. This is the way they do business. This is our right to :freedom of speech". Record all the messages and call the Attorney General and put the screws on them. Money talks and maybe if it hits them in the pocket hard enough it will stop them in their tracks. Best of luck!
