Keep getting calls from this number the caller Id says James Scott no one talks or leaves a message!

phone rings nobody answers, looked it up on white pages and it says it's Time Warner Cable Information Svc, but caller ID says Scott James

Call all the time. early morning..whenever. Can't get them back to tell them to stop. Spam callers!! Scotty's Satellite. Just stop it already.

the guy on the other end at Scotty's satellite tried telling me that if I didn't accept installation that I would be billed! what!!!! I told him that I didn't know his company let alone have an order placed for a connection! told him to take our number off of the call list! and then someone called back later that evening!! another call from the same company on my mothers phone. this time I called back and a woman answered. she said that I was scheduled for hookup that morning! I told her the same thing I told the other person and to take that number off of the call list! sometimes you'd just like to torment their lives with calls like they do yours!!

For the last month we have been getting a call from this number daily. It is aggravating.Various times of the day. Morning, noon or night. It varies.They let it ring twice each time.No one ever talks when you pick it up. And when our answering machine picks it up, they just hang up abruptly.I have Windstream phone services and learned about making a reject list.so I dialed:*60 to open my reject list of numbers, then simply dial:#01# and it will add the last number that called you to the rejection list and they won't be able to get through anymore.Here's to helping the rejection list stops them from getting through!I Googled the number and got this:Scotty's SatelliteSatellite SystemIs this your business? Please stop them from calling our number, it is a for profit organization, a solisitor that is located in Portsmouth Ohio I think

Calls from this number numerous times each day and night, unsolicited calls, but no one on the other end. Very disturbing to receive these calls. Please put a stop to the calls. Will report to the Better Business Bureau and Attorney General's office if calls do not cease immediately!
