I'm a senior citizen. This # came up as "City of Virginia Beach". They said that my car warranty had expired. After keeping me on the phone for over any hour, I finally agreed to put a $100 deposit down on a "discounted plan". It's a total scam!!! I've called my bank to dispute the charge, filed a formal complaint with FTC and FCC.
