Scam calling on behalf of rbc for product very annoying calling multiple time

I answered this call because it was a BC Cell number and I have relatives that change their numbers from time to time and it may have been one of them. A robo-voice spoke and a man came on line quickly claiming to be SAM-TEL on behave of RBC Services. I asked him what services and he would only speak to my wife (the primary card holder) so I told him I was sure that we would not be interested and commented that he should not be using an unidentified cell number for RBC Business anyway. RBC card services said that it may NOT have been a scam but they were not at liberty to tell me whether he was an agent acting on their behalf. So ...

They called me by my first name. They said they are from RBC. it's scam

They call all the time. I decided to block the number. They never leave any voice mail or anything they just keep calling.

They called me this afternoon. I thought it was from the one I applied for a job. The guy said he is from RBC offering Identity theft protection. I like the offer so I said "yes" because I have 5 credit cards and will also protect my savings, chequing, email account. Sounds legit because they are offering me 1 month free to try then get billed $12 or something after that. Within that period I can cancel anytime, just call the toll free number. It did not ask for anything credit card info or bank information, just my email address to receive my welcome message. That was it.So, Im hoping (cross my fingers) that they are legit. :(

Same here!! When I said I'm going to have to turn down this service he was so persistent. So I tried not talking and the voice just kept repeating "hello? Are you still there? hello?" and that's when I know it's a voice recorded scam.

Called but left no message. I will block caller. We have been getting calls everyday, 4 times a day for three weeks form different numbers.

I gave them just my name and email! Can they do something?!!

Caller called this morning constantly..no message from it.
