i got a call from payday loan debt assistance also known as assurance consumer services the number he gave me was 1800 455 0941 marlin gomezi he said they were bbb accredited but bbb said they are not thanks

786-623-2770 belongs to a payday loan assistance company. They claim to help people who have more payday loan debt than they can afford. I say "claim" only because I don't really know anything about the company and if they truly do what they claim.

Where do these people come from and how do they get your number?

this is not a scam and i not one of the scammers-trust me. they are very good at what they do and they have really negotated my payday loans that i had to many of. they have paid off 3 of them, that i stupidly took out and could not afford anymore. they are legit! it was all my mistake by taking out too many at once.

They arent a scam. I checked out several of these companies and they are legit and one of the best. Check out Better Busienss Bureau. They are one of the better ones.

I don't know if payday loan debt assistance is a scam or not. I have signed up with them because I am one of the stupid people and went out and got all kinds of payday loans and now im sinking in them. However this is where i am running into a problem with payday loan debt assistants (form your own opinion) money is coming out of my bank into some kinda savings account with PDLDA so when my payday loan companies negotiate with them then they will pay them. however im still recieving letters and once in awhile phone calls from the payday loan companies and now i have them wanting to sue me. When i call PDLDA to let them know that im still recieving letters and phone calls from the PDL companies, my worker tells me that i will still recieve phone calls or letters in the mail because they want to settle with me and not with them and then my worker will tell me she will get with the negotiator and have the negotiators call my PDL companies, and thats that. Im fearing that i am getting scammed, but not sure. Payday loan debt assistants is helping me very well. When i have spoken to the loan companies each one has told me they never recieved or heard from PDLDA or their negotiators. it makes me wonder if they are really scamming me or the payday loan companies are lying to me.
