I've never bought anything from Sears,and after this,I never will.I've been talking to various third-world citizens for two weeks now,trying to get them to STOP CALLING ME.I'm paying for my cell minutes,not them.
I have no appt with Sears. I have answered and told them as much. They keep calling! 10 calls in a week.
Sears has some nerve to keep calling at 8:00 a.m. every day to try to get you to schedule an appt with them. I will now think twice before using them.
Sears representatives are very knowledgeable about their appliances. i would renew my 37 appliances in a heart beat! very good company!!
Third world citizens? Do we still use that? I thought now was developing countries?... funny, I think they'll take over the world sooner than expected (Chinese, Brazilian)
Don't judge everyone by a single person. I had a guy out to fix my washer and dryer last year. Two separate appointments, stupid things decided to break after the other was fixed.Both guys were nice and professional and fixed the appliances fast. It was quality work. As well as the people on the phone being knowledgable and to the point. Just busy.The washer guy even politely asked me if I could wait until later because another appointment was with a guy who had to get to class so I switched times with him.
Man, some of ya'll are just out of control...So, it is Sears. So they outsource, what's the big deal?What truly matters is the quality of the SERVICE.
It's not just for Sears...I work for an apartment complex and they are a dispatch line not only used by Sears. We just had them call us to reschedule a service call from an outside company that is NOT Sears. So really it can be any type of reminder for scheduled maintenance on an appliance or something else.

Someone using this number called, when I answered there seemed to be there cut I said "hello" twice and no one said a thing. I hung up. If it was a collector they would not only answer but keep you on the line for as long as it took.

Yes. The caller claimed to represent Document Delivery Services and threatened to serve me with papers from a fifteen year old debt. A check with my local County Clerk’s Office revealed no evidence of lawsuit filed.
