Apparently this is a legitimate Bell "accounts receivable" number, however I think the number showing up here is a spoof. I do not have any sort of account with Bell. Do not give any information to anyone appearing to be calling from this number.

They call 10 times a day

Number called here but left no message. When you call back you can not speak to a real person.

I have a “Text Free” number, that I use for text only. It doesn’t even have air time for calling in it, nor does it have a voice mail service. It’s an internet number. It does tell me tho, when someone has attempted to call. This morning I woke to notifications that this number had called 42 times between 10:27am - 10:28am. Everyone here is saying it’s a Bell Collections number, but after years of extremely horrible service, I switched all my services over to Cogeco, the second they were available in town. My bills were paid in full when I left them. That was over 12 years ago and I have never heard from them again, until today. FOURTY TWO times they called, within one minute!!!!!!!! I really want to call them back, but can’t call from that number and I’m leery of using my cell because that will give them another number to harass. Perhaps I will try to find a pay phone to call them from and give them a piece of my mind! Are there even pay phones around anymore? I haven’t seen one nearby in ages.

Had a look at the 1-800 number for our Bell ExpressVu account to see if phone number is the same...it is not. I have never seen this number before as our phone's call display always shows Bell ExpressVu when there has ever been an issue with our account. I called the number and they did not know our phone number or what service from Bell we have an account for. All seems rather suspicious ... so I blocked them.

Don't answer this idiots. I missed one payment 70$ this idiots was calling me 5 times a day. Newer left any massage. If you want some thing, leave a massage, tell me what is this about and maybe I will call back. I just blocked the number. I newer contacted them back. Next month I got my bill +70$ I payed it and they stopped to call. Massage to Bell: You are [***] idiots.

It keeps calling my phone all hours of the day and nobody is ever there !!!

After 4 phone calls with no messages I called the number. It is bell collections. After making a payment arrangement all was fine. One hour later I am getting calls again

Its a bell service in the Philippines that can barely speak English, and bell wants you to feel comfortable paying them... Problem with Bell using this service is that they are about 4-7 days behind Bell's payment system, in which I mean that I can pay a bill on Monday and they will continue to call till Saturday, and you can tell them till you are blue in the face that its already paid and they act like you owe them a million dollars and you still need to pay them again cause your payment didn't go through or something.Also I pay my bill to the closest 10 dollars, so if I get a bill for 223.00 I pay 220.00 and they will call me like they going out of business and need that last 3$... I figure I pay a month in advance, so go give me interest for what I am paying and we call it even.... Bell is one of the worse for outsourcing their call centers, and expect us to be happy with the amounts we pay them, I mean basic cable and internet for over 220$ a month is crazy, about to move to rogers cause I got a 2 year offer for 125$ a month, almost 100$ cheaper with a couple less channels but same internet...Bye Bye BELL!
