They continually call our home regarding [I guess] a debt from our dead-beat 35-YEAR OLD SON who we have had no contact with in nearly 10 years. We've told them he lives in another state, ripped us off, and we have nothing to do with him nor does any other family member. Still, they continue to call. We don't even know where he is living, a phone number, nothing. Obviously, they don't believe us, but the fact remains: We are the ones being harassed for something that we had nothing to do with. We don't owe any money on any outstanding debts, not did we ever co-sign for this jerk. Leave us alone.
They keep calling me to collect on a debt that is not mine. I have told them that the person they are looking for is not at this phone number. I have asked them to stop calling since who they are looking for has nothing to do with me and they still continue to call. The woman who called was very rude. She didn't give her name or who she works for I only know it's a debt collector cause I called the number back to tell them to stop calling me cause I'm not the person they are looking for.
They continue to call my number for someone who is not me. I have spoken to them twice and asked them to remove my number. After doing so within 3 days they called my cell again and hung up on me after I answered the phone. I only know who they are do to calling them back and telling them to never call me again.
I want to know if this company is real or not. I have a garnishment that I have been paying on and they have access to MTV bank account. I haven't received any phone calls from them or letters and I haven't made a payment in two months and no one has notified me or anything. That's odd to me
