Are you kidding me? That site isn't going to stop collection efforts unless you send the collection agency a cease and desist letter which is your right. Unfortunately it doesn't stop them from reporting it to your credit or taking any further action for that matter.

Mr. Be Responsible what if they call constantly and you do pay your bill and do not have a debt? They call me constantly and it is the wrong person they are trying to get a hold of. So can I be rude to them or must I put up with them? Where is my rights? I can tell by your comment what and where you work. I work in a field that is rewarding and at the end of the day I know I have helped people and have made the world better. Maybe you should try it instead of defending a field that lives off of other peoples misfortunes.
