I received the message to call that # but it didn't sound legitimate so I didn't call back, I looked it up on here and I'm glad I didn't call. Thanks to everyone who has taken the time to address this.

Left msg calling from Chase Services , this is not Chase number ,do not call back !!!!!!!!!!Call number on back of your credi card this correct if you have any inquiries!

Warning! This is a scam. They are phishing for information. This is NOT Chase Bank. Never return a call to a message number. Always call the phone number on the back of your credit card instead. Do not believe the scammers leaving responses on this site that this is a legit number. It is not legit. 844-540-8025 has NO affiliation with Chase Bank. These are scammers. Beware!

This is a Chase number. I called their customer service number and the agent was able to see that someone had called regarding my dispute. The caller had left a message saying he was calling about my inquiry which was my dispute.

Sorry to disagree but they are Chase and if you call their regular number they can transfer you to the department that left you the message.

Supposedly Chase does have a center in Mumbai India and was asked to call 844 540-8025 extension 6571115 but mail box was full. I called Chase directly and they provided a direct number 888 489-8452 and is regarding any credit card dispute you may have with a merchant who charged your card.
