Received call from 847-426-9209 claiming to be Olvin DeSouza(?) with Chase Card Services regarding a "recent inquiry." He left a message saying to call 844-540-8025, ext 6581272 from 8 - 5 M-F. So I returned the call to 844-540-8025 and got this message: "Hello, you have reached an unconfigured number. If you feel you have reached this number by mistake, please dial again, goodbye." The funny part is that I have a zero balance on my Chase card for months now. F*$&# Scammers

Just got the same message. They spoke really fast so I had to replay the message several times, and it was also an Indian man leaving the message. The part that was weird was they had my first and last name. So I called the number on the back of my credit card, and it was actually a real message concerning a dispute I had with a charge. So this call was legitimate!

Very similar to what other people reported. Received a call with the caller ID as "Unknown" and let it go to voicemail. Message was a guy with an Indian accent saying he was calling from Chase Card Services about my recent inquiry. He let a call back number 844-540-8025 and extension 6571317 M-F. It might be legit.......but seems like a SCAM!

A caller said she was from Chase Bank. I have a case with them about fraudulent billing on my VISA bill. Maybe she's with Chase, maybe she's with the fraudsters? I won't return the call, it doesn't seem like the bank would do it this way.

HAd a call. IT came thru as JP Morgan Chase. She asked to speak to my husband about CC. I said not here. She told me to tell him to call her on 1844 5408025 x 6581276 or call the number on the back of the card. I asked which CC was it. She said she could not tell me. I said give me last 4 digits. She said she'd have to verify who I was. I hung up as she had wasted enough of my time.My husband called and they had no record of any issues. No suspicious activity. We had disputed a duplicate charge back in Sept but it looked resolved according to our statement. I got my husband to call back again because I found it all hard to believe and again they had no record.I called the number above and it answered Chase Card Member Services. I dialed the extension and it answered something about disputes (Indian accent?) and to leave a message. We did not.If this is a scam then it is a good one.

Today I received a call from a lady (fast speaking with accent) saying she was from Chase Card Services wanting me to call back (844-5408-8025 ext 6571305) about an inquiry involving my credit account. I read all the posts here and called the number on the back of my card. They confirmed that the person who called was a Chase representative and transferred me to the "dispute" group. I had, a couple of months ago disputed 3 charges from a merchant which I did not authorize. They explained what their actions would be from here. Thank goodness for CHASE!

A message was left from Keneth Maskerini from CHASE Card Services ... about my inquiry .... I have not contacted CHASE so how can there be an inquiry? Not going to bother calling him back.

I just received a voicemail message from the same number 1-844-540-8025 asking me to return the call regarding an inquiry. After reading all this previous information I will not return the number.
