This number has been calling with "unknown" above the number display. Calling back ( from my 2nd line, a blocked ID line) either does not connect or comes up with a rapid busy signal and disconnects, This is a totalnuisance. What do we have to do to get rid of these pests!!!

Yep, I got one also. Will keep this number by my phone so when it shows up I know not to answer it.

Like everyone else here, I received this call at 11:11AM and started to let it go to answering machine, then decided it was not anyone I knew and picked up and immediately hung up.

Calling wanting to know if anyone is a diabetic or suffers from back pain. We are on the no call list. The foreigner name was Carl Phelps or Carl Phillips. Have asked them to remove our number several times.

and it does not stop dems or reps either,, or charitys or well lets face it it doesnt stop anyone i have more calls since joining do not call.

Seniors with Diabetes, Medicare

We don't pick up any call that we do not know. I recommend this to all. Call stopped after three rings so answering machine did not start. Fine with me. We don't use land line anyway so first of the year we are probably going to drop it and just use our unlimited cell phones. One perk is that we won't have to get most of these calls anymore (even though we do get them occasionally on the cell, those are much easier to block).

Check your geography! Dominican Republic not a part of the United States. They are not subject to Do Not Call laws. Why do you suppose they're calling from there?

Report this number. This is flat out Medicare Fraud. I played along and pretended to need their product and that I had Medicare. The caller asked what Medicare plan I had, then told me that my plan wouldn't cover their products. I stopped playing. The caller disconnected. This is fraud. Deceptive. In violation of the donotcall regs, and especially vile because it exploits seniors. Report it.
