I called Apple for help with an email issue. I was told I needed to speak with Microsoft because I use Outlook. The Apple rep transferred me to a woman who said she was with Microsoft. I had a very hard time understanding her. I spent 4 1/2 hours on the phone with her because she convinced me that I needed to buy Windows 2016 for $229 to rid the email problem. She gained access to my computer so she could download the file. I trusted her because I was transferred to her by the Apple rep. The system works poorly, so I suspect a scam. When I called the number she gave me: 866 42-8809 and 4826 there was a lot of interference and the people who answered didn't sound legit at all.
