SCAM - I received several calls from this number saying it's Wells Fargo Fraud and they tried to get my info. I didn't give them any and called Wells Fargo immediately. IT'S A SCAM.I went to a branch and they confirmed- it's not a WF Fraud number. I also confirmed with WF online banking. They said they would be able to see if there was an alert on my account. When you call the number back - it even has a Wells Fargo recorded message - BEWARE it sounds exactly like the real Wells Fargo but it's a fake scammer.

called my home and said there had been an attempt to make a large purchase. I do not have a wells fargo account number came from INDIA....may or may not be good. ask a lot of questions of them not you.

Received call 12/30/2015 re account. called back- message not yet open call 877-341-8536.This is an old Wells Fargo number - no longer in use.

I got the call from that number saying there was Fraud on my Business account , too bad I don't have a business account .

They called and I did not pick up. Then they called again just a few minutes later and I answered. It was a female claiming to be from Wells Fargo Fraud division in Atlanta. She asked if she was pronouncing my name correctly. I told her the name she had was not me she said she had a wrong # and hung up . This call came to my cell, and I've had this # almost a year, so no idea if she was who she said she was.... One thing though I do not give business entities my cell #. They all get the land -line which we screen and never answer unless we know you

Claimed to be Wells Fargo Fraud detection and wanted to verify a few things with me regarding my account. I gave no information.

877-352-0969 called my cell number saying they were from Wells Fargo Fraud Dept., which is easy for me to believe -as we have had legitimate fraud issues in the past and have been notified by Wells Fargo Fraud Dept. However, this call was referring to my business account, which I don't have a business account. Long story short, I called Wells Fargo directly and asked to be transferred to the fraud dept. and was told that the reference number that I had was not a Wells Fargo reference number. Obviously this is a phishing scam.

Just got a call at work from this number about my Wells Fargo account. They wanted me to verify my information before telling me what the fraud issues were. I asked for their number and a reference number so I could call back. I called the fraud number on Wells Fargo website instead. No issues on my account. According to the Wells phone rep, 877-352-0969 is not a valid Wells Fargo phone number.

Was from Wells Fargo. Was a legitimate call. Actually had unusual activity on my account.
