They just told me I was being sued for a $6000 hospital bill from 2010 and I would be served with papers. Well, I told them that I was going to call the hospital to see what was going on, they told me that the hospital wouldn't have a record of the visit. So I hung up called the hospital in question and imagine that, they have NO records of me being there in 2010 and that the few times I had been there (30 years ago) were paid in full. So I called this # back (apex lawyers) and they just said they would mark my file and check to see what the supervisor wanted to do. I just simply told them to go a head and send me "papers" and that I was going to take them directly to the hospital in question and let them handle it while I sue them for extortion and harassment.

Called and said the same thing.

They called Steven Taylor but the guy was definitely from another country said there is a case came across his desk about me concerning legal action. Horrible scan they called my mom trying to get personal information from me. Do not answer or call them back. Called from an unknown number but left this number as a call back number

Said there was a complaint in their office being considered for legal action and I needed to contact them immediately.

Someone by the name Steven Taylor, regarding civil action. even left a case number. SCAM

They called my parents and my boyfriend ( I have no idea how they got his number since we aren't tied to each other in any way) same message as other above. Definitely a scam. I'm letting my local police department know.

Lmao they are a poor excuse for scam artists. Unbelievable how they try to come at you. With zero facts lol. Basically they got owned when faced with real civil action procedures!
