I also have credit one bank card and it is also up-to-date - just got an email payment confirmed this morning. This number 877-704-4380 - never leaves a message.
Somehow I feel this is not legit, today is the 12th, my payment is due the 14th, always has been, why would they be calling me 2 days before my payment is due, to tell me to make a payment? Do they not think I am capable of checking my payment date, and knowing that it's due in two days. No, I do NOT give my payment information to someone who calls me looking for it, I give it when I call/pay online. What the hell is wrong with this company!?
This is a SCAM...they tell you that you have been approved for a credit card, then want YOUR debit card to put $300 on the credit card. DO NOT DO IT. THIS IS A SCAM. THEY HAVE CALLED ME 8 TIMES IN LESS THAN 24 HOURS. DO NOT ANSWER....SOONER OR LATER THEY WILL GIVE UP.

It's definitely CreditOne, I'm glad I checked... I'm not sure how, but my credit card is over the limit... I'd have never known had I not thought to look up the number!
I have a Credit One card, and I keep getting calls almost 10 times a day. I finally just blocked them on my phone so I'm not bothered, but I can see that they're calling. I used a dummy number to call them, and the first thing they wanted was my card number. FF several minutes later the guy "transferred" my call to "his supervisor". She asked me for my card number, my SSN, My phone number, and DOB. I finally just got fed up and told her my real phone number, along with saying that I've seen the reported scams about her company online and to take me off their list. I told her that I will turn her company into the FCC (honestly I wasn't sure off the top of my head) but then I hung up on her. The things they seemed to want the most, were the most vital personal information that a person has.
