I've also been getting calls -- ALL hours of the day - even at 2am! Today is payday and when I went to pay bills, I realized i was over limit on a credit one card, so I went to make an online payment - in the online payment it asks for a phone number and it clearly says that they can call his number whenever they want .. SOO if you're going to make an online payment - put in a dummy phone number -
Receive many calls from this #, if it is credit One, I do not have their credit card, nor will I ever get one.
I also keep getting the same calls as others from # 877-704-4380. The caller never leaves a msg.
To those believing it is Credit One such as D and Michael-you are wrong and being scammed. Sure it can say they are when you call but the following are the real numbers for Credit One and the company says they do not have the 877-704-4380 number calling people.Cerdit One Telephone NumbersTo better assist you in contacting us regarding any questions or comments, we are providing you with the following list of direct telephone numbers. It IS credit one bank. They call me a few days before my pymt is due ALL the time. They're trying to convince me to set up automatic pymts. As soon as I pay them off, I'm canceling the card!
My bill for Credit One is not due for a few days, yet I get calls every hour. I called the number on my card and verified so I called this number back and the foreign person stated call would be monitored, yada, yada. He asked for my credit card number. My response, nope, how about I give you the last 4 of my ssn. His response, well I will need your full SSN or Credit card number. Me: nope and do not call me again. I got another call this morning and told him off.
I am receiving multiple calls from this number every day but when I answer there is nobody there. I called and asked to be taken off their call list.
I recently got a tracfone cell phone and no one has the phone number. I keep it only for emergency use. For the past week, I have been getting calls from this number, several times a day. Because I don't want to use up the minutes on the cell phone, I called back from my home phone and was told it was credit one bank. I said I had never heard of that bank and was told "someone in my family must have an account with them". As far as I know no one does - I am single anyway and have no immediate family living near me and even if they did have an account, it does not account for multiple calls to a phone number that no one even knows. I suspect they dial every possible number. Anyway the person I spoke to at credit one said he had no idea why I was called. I said neither did I. Got another call about an hour later and another one already this morning.
