Claimging to be KEY BANK- i was my auto loan thru key bank- THIS COMPANY IS SCAMMING PPL- THEY CLAIM THEY R IN THE PHILLIPINES- (INDIAN ACCENT)- DO NOT RELEASE INFO 0 THEY R STEALIN THE CONTACT INFO FROM BANKS
I got this as well - Key happens to have a call center in the Phillipines - i was yelling back at them- they couldnt even give me Key's real number-They say they are from Concentrics on behalf of Key Bank -I spoke to Key, they don't use Concentrics and they were not looking to contact me.Beware of this
Calling as Key Bank but want account and routing numbers for online check to supposedly collect a debt.
866-325-9677 called and left a voicemail to return a call to Key Bank @ 888-919-8418. I called the Key Bank number I know and they verified the 2 numbers and found out it was Key Bank. Turns out that I missed my Key Bank Credit Line payment that was due on 4/28 and they were calling to remind me.
Claiming to be from Key Bank. Demanding my whole SSN#, which I would not give them. They are scammers!!!! I reported this to Key Bank's Fraud LIne. Confirmed that #1 they had NOT tried to contact me and #2 even if they had, they would not need to verify the last 4 of my ssn let alone the whole #. GIVE THEM NOTHING!!!!!
