Ebay fraud (normally Samsung phone, Apple iPhone, etc., at knock down prices). Has been reported, and removed, several times but keeps coming back under different guises very quickly. Steer well clear, do not buy anything and report to Ebay. Hopefully the police will catch up very soon.
