It started out saying it was a survey. I didn't' listen beyond that, other than to hit 9 to be removed from their call list, then I blocked thr number on my phone.

Answered and an automated sysyem says i need to asnwer a questiom about the local governmen or something. I hung up.
Phone survey about raising the legal drinking age in Manitoba. Phone call was very choppy, so I didn't catch who it was from, but probably the Provincial government.
