I am on the do-not-call list yet this WINNIPEG # calls my VOIP phone. Don't know anybody there and it is blacklisted on GOOGLE. Just type the phone # to see the blacklist.
Got a call from this number yesterday. My husband answered but didnt say hello or anything. After about 20 seconds, someone said hello? , my husband said hi back, then they hung up. Im assuming its a collection agency of some type

Sent an email trying to encourage people to call Bank of America at this number. As phishing attempt go, this one was better than most. I can smell these things a mile away.
