potential prank. He says. His name is Patrick Kelvin Williams, USA soldier on 2 years mission in Turkey. First nice and friendly and after he start to ask for money for give you on family and friends list, after for ticket for visit you and then that he is on headquater and he san´t out without new ID which costs 650 USD. Here I concacted embassy (I´m not from USA) and they told me, that they haven´t any payment for 650 USD. So, be carefull
