Get a call from these people, I asked their business name: Alliance Group and Associates. I ask their address... they won't give this, all I get there is what are you going to mail. So, I would put this as a scam in attempt to collect a so called debt from a non-existent business that is time barred... for me, definitely a scam.

I called Frontiers official phone number 1-800-921-8105, the agent I spoke to gave me this scammer number, they pretend to be frontier and offer a rebate and ask you to provide your bank account info to “send” the rebate. I hung up
