Called my cellphone. No voicemail message was left. No name came up, just that the call came from Seattle, WA. I didn’t call them back, since I didn’t know who called.

I received a call on my cell. Didn't answer b/c I was at work and then didn't think anything of it until 30 minutes later when I got a voicemail. Haven't listened to the whole thing yet but I'm pretty sure it's a 30 minute long voicemail. I can hear background voices, typing, and someone breathing, but no talking. This number is unlisted out of Seattle.

Ok I am just updating this number. It is a line from Holland America Cruiseline. I think a cruise rep was trying to call me. I don't know where they got my cell number but I have been getting emails from them (addressed to my mom's name). Very strange... At least the mystery of who it is has been solved.

I wasn't able to pick up the call(s). My cell later beeped to notify me of a voice mail. The message on voice mail was someone "humming a song" if you will, on the other end of the line. I listened for a while and decided save the message and hung up.

i got a call from this number from someone asking for david .. i said no one of that name was here and hung up ... strange ... i'm based in toronto

yep, was Holland America. A woman left a message about assisting me in planning my European Cruise. I had signed up for a free cruise drawing. I'll tell you how she can assist me: gimme the $6000 it would cost for me to take a cruise, thats how hahahahaha!

It is true, this is Holland America Cruise Lines, if they have your number you must have provided some sort of contact info on their website or entry for a free cruise. They are just trying to sell cruises or help answer general questions.

I got a call as well. I just finished a cruise on Holland America and although I have not called them back i am sure its just a survey.

Hey thanks for the posts, I got one too and was worried I missed something important. I just got back from a cruise last week with Holland. PS would cruise with them any time it was the BEST.

Holland America called us and hung up,not surprized,after our last [***] cruise.
