got a call from this number on 2/04/2020. They asked for me by name, I said that's me, then they said "before I continue can I confirm your address?" I said, "no, I won't give you any personal information until you tell me who you work for or what this is about. She replied "I cannot do that, can you just..." I cut her off, " do you not realize in this day-in-age that there are scammers out to get your personal information? I will not give you any personal information until you tell me who you work for and what this is about." She refused and I said "Thank you for your time." and hung up.

Yes. The caller claimed to represent Document Delivery Services and threatened to serve me with papers from a fifteen year old debt. A check with my local County Clerk’s Office revealed no evidence of lawsuit filed.
