They called and left a message that my electric would be turned off in 30 minutes for nonpayment. Which is crap because my payment isn't even due until the 5th and has no previous balance.

Got a recorded message that said to call 877-333-0640 about my account. Scammers spoofing Idaho Power's actual customer service number. Called the 877 number and they are using Idaho Power's auto attendant recording, but if you don't select an option, it'll send you to an operator. Idaho Power's actual auto attendant will keep playing the message until you select something.I person I spoke to said my account was "red flagged" for late payment. I asked him which account as we have 5, he asked me to hold and terminated the call.
