Scam to get additional information. Stated that they are a State of IL licensed courier (no such thing) and they needed to deliver papers that I requested. Had last four of SSN and DOB. DO NOT CALL THIS NUMBER back, it is a scam.

Impersonation of Social Security Administration. The name used was Simon, and he sounded of Indian descent.
