Dont want to be bothered by spam calls. at any time of day these calls come in. I am on a do not call list.

This number belongs to Venture Data - a survey institute for political, etc. associations. You can contact them at comments@venturedata.com. I asked to be placed on the Do Not Call List and the surveyor replied that it was random calling; I again asked to be put on the Do Not Call List and she replied "I just told you M'am, it's random calling - there is no list." I replied that they were in voilation of Ohio state law and she hung up. I sent a complaint through email and you can also file with the FCC.

Thanks for the info. I received a call from them on my cell phone, and I rarely give that number to anyone. I'm glad I didn't answer it. I've also had problems with "restricted" phone calls on my cell phone, but I can't tell where they are coming from.

It is a political survey. I decided to humor myself and answer the questions. Well we did figure out it was absolutely based on Republican fishing and this is why....I am a woman and the gentleman was polite in his questions but when asked if I was voting for Obama or Romney, I replied President Obama, he them said ok thank you mame now as part of our guidelines if there is a man in the home can we speak to him. Ok I thought and said of course and handed my husband the phone. Well his opinions must of been alot more important than this females cuz he was asked about 10 more questions than I right down to asking about josh mandale. I guess a females views were not important. How ignorant but then again a good majority of Republican makes can be just that ignorant

A sophisticated calling system random calling system would provide the capability to bypass numbers on a Do Not Call list. These people are boors. When I get a call for a survey I give random answers.

You probably don't know about soft keys on phones made for surveys just like this. It likely has nothing to do with Republicans or women so you can stop making it political and stop making it gender-biased. Soft keys on these phones change with the input of the caller based on the answer from the person being surveyed. So when you said "Obama" the survey person pressed a key next to "Obama" on his/her phone screen. The screen then may have instructed them to thank you and then ask if there was another voter in the house; in this case, your husband.See, you learned something today and it's not all conspiracy theory stuff. It's not earth-shattering either.

Seemed like a survey type thing. I'm on the do not call list, but they keep calling. I added them to my phone's auto reject list, and at the last count they had called 8 times and been auto rejected.

I also recd a call from this number, but did not answer it. It has been blocked.

Caller ID is "Unknown Name" - if you block your actual ID you obviously have something to hide. 3 calls from 234-542-5080 in the past 2 days, no message left. Onto the block list you go!
