we tried to clear this account with this company to no avail, then we get the wages garnished, now we have to go to court to get the garnishment released and may have to file bankruptcy because these companies have no clue on how to deal with customers. we offered to pay paymen they said no so now they will get nothing when chapter 7 is filed seems to me they would work with people so there clients get the money, they are causing there clients to lose alot of money The person that kept calling was Devin from ext. 2025 now I am going to make the phone call to inform him that chapter 7 is filed and he and his client are left with zippo, when they could have worked with us.
The lawyers took me to court on behalf of Ford Credit whom I owe $1,300. They've called me close to 15 times a day and I've never answered. I finally tried to call them to settle and they gave me an amazing settlement of $1,200. If I had $1,200 laying around don't you think I would have never let it get this far? I have been unemployed for over 7months and I've tried making payment agreements but they won't take it. They even went to my old place of employment looking for me...how embarassing! I called them today and told them I will be filing bankruptcy. The woman on the phone had some kind of stick up her heiney. I don't know if anyone that answers the phones over there have ever not had a job but I really do hope that this same instance happens to her one day. Karma is a [***]! Being rude never gets you anywhere, I wonder if her parents taught her any manners.
I keep getting call after call with a computerized voice asking is "Mr. X" is available even though he hasn't ever lived here - I tried to tell them that but the calls keep continuing.

I received a call from this number 11:42am today 10/5/12.It is a law firm- Shermeta, Adams & Von Allmen,scum suckers, bottom feeders ambulance chasers.Paid the debt they were calling about almost 5 yrs. ago.Like all of the other annoying [***] that call they are going on my block list.
