It is kolhs credit if you call the number back you get connected to kolhs. It have to same computer answering as the 855 number u listed. It's was the kolhs credit card calling because you payment is late
It is legit kohls! If you have a credit card through them or some else does and has your name on the card then a payment is late or there is something wrong with your account.
The do not calls list is for soliciting. If kohls is calling you because you owe them money they are allowed to call you.
